Eid & Mutton! A delicious combo

Ingredients:

Chops 1kg
Garlic ½ crushed
Lemon Juice To Taste
Red pepper powder 1 tbsp
Red chilli flakes ½ tbsp
Cumin ½ tbs
Salt 2 tsp

Method:

For Marination:
Add garlic paste, lemon juice, red pepper powder, red chilli flakes, salt and cumin.
Mix it well with chops.
Leave it minimum for 30 mins.

For Cooking:
Add layer of water in a pot and add chops to it.
Cover the pot and let it cook on a very low flame for about 45 minutes.

For Frying:
Take oil in a pan heat it for some time.
Take 2 eggs and mix them well in a pot, dip the chops in mixed eggs and put it in pan for frying.
You can also use crumbs if you like.
Fry it for some time until chops turn golden brown.

Delicious and hot chops are ready to be served.
