Water Crisis in Pakistan: Who is responsible?

He has a vast experience of 30 years as a Monitoring & Post Project Evaluation Specialist, Transboundary Water manager, Inland Water Transport & Trade Specialist, Energy Specialist, and Researcher. Abbasi has worked for various Chinese think tanks in Indian Ocean countries.

In this episode, he emphasizes the necessity for dams in Pakistan to address the country’s water and energy crisis. He believes that stakeholders in Pakistan must prioritize dam construction to address the country’s energy crisis. The Kalabagh Dam has been a source of contention for decades, but it is finally time to make a choice. Furthermore, he stated that our Supreme Court and Establishment should take this issue seriously and that energy and water should be included in National Security.
