The jurisdiction of the Federal Ombudsman for Protection against Harassment of Women at Workplace needs to be amended so as to make it more inclusive for all the victims existing elsewhere. Despite a phenomenal increase in the reported harassment cases, a vast majority of female victims still doesn’t report owing to social pressure and lack of awareness.
