The scope of social safety net and poverty alleviation program is being widened to a poverty graduation program in order to ensure a permanent earning based engagement of the applicants availing monetary support from the state. The social protection programs both at the federal and provincial levels suffer from duplication and an effort has been made to consolidate all these programs under one-window operation.
