Meet Firdous Butt, a senior artist from Islamabad. One of the students of Mansoor Rahi- a very accomplished artist from Pakistan- she followed in his footsteps in abstract art and loves the abstract form of art since she believes it gives her a lot of opportunity to paint things differently. By choosing various colours and shapes, one is not restricted to limit oneself to a certain colour or shape which one has to follow in a ‘realistic” painting.
