Human beings by nature have infinite willpower. Dwindling willpower or lack of it is a “mindset”, Zeeshan Salahudin believes.

If you want to create any habit for a lifetime, you have to be consistent. He argues there are four aspects of habit formation which include:
1- trigger
2- Reward
3- Low bar
4-High bar
