Recipe for the Perfect Lemon Chicken

Here’s a finger licking recipe to tickle your taste buds:

INGREDIENTS:

  1. Large chicken breasts 2
  2. Egg 1
  3. Soy sauce 2 Tbsp.
  4. Sesame oil 1 tsp.
  5. Lemon zest 2
  6. Lemon juice 2
  7. Corn starch 3\4 cup
  8. Chicken stalk 1\2 cup
  9. Sugar 1\3 cup
  10. Oil for frying. as required
  11. Salt to taste
  12. Garlic paste 2 tsp.
  13. Honey 2 tbsp

Procedure:

  1. Cut the chicken breast into small pieces and marinate it in soy sauce, egg, oil and lemon zest.
  2. Let the marinated chicken rest in cool place for a couple of hours.
  3. Add salt to the corn starch and and coat the marinated chicken in this starch mixture, coat it properly.
  4. Add oil to the frying pan, fry the chicken till cooked properly.
  5. In another pan, take 2 tbsp. of oil and add garlic paste to it, fry till its golden brown.
  6. Add chicken stalk to the pan and bring it to boil.
  7. Add lemon juice, and honey to the boiling broth while stirring continuously.
  8. Add sesame oil to the boiling broth.
  9. Take cornstarch in a bowl and mix it with half a glass of water. Add it the boiling mixture while stirring continuously.
  10. Add the fried chicken to the prepared broth.
  11. Serve the prepared dish with boiled rice or as desired.
