Must Help Afghanistan but Basic Rights are non-negotiable: Javed Jabbar

Afghan Taliban continue to struggle for recognition by the international community. Their talks with the US and other donors in Oslo are also part of eliting more international support to cope with the economic and humanitarian crisis in Afghanistan.

But there are certain conditions for qualifiying for international financial support. Former Senator and Minister Javed Jabbar is also strongly advocating in favour of the Taliban regime and the Afghan people but he cautions about the things that he says should be non-netoiable.
