What Defines Your Best Self?

There is no getting around the reality that we all have our good and not-so-good habits. Simply defined, a “habit” is an acquired pattern of behavior regularly followed until it becomes almost involuntary. While it is often quite easy to determine our “bad” habits, let’s focus on the good.

Take a moment to look at yourself. What are the following habits that define your best self? Use the list below to check off which habits apply to you.
