Despite the hue and cry that the present ruling coalition raised over the “destruction of the economy and bad diplomacy by the PTI government” there still is a long list of issues that the government attempted to address, resolve or initiate at domestic as well as international level. Javeria Abbasi listed the achievements on Twitter in the following way.
Health and Nutrition:
Good health is what a person desires the most. The more healthy population the more productive it is. Health and nutrition plays important role in the socio-economic development of a country. In contrast, poor health and malnutrition are barriers to the country’s development. PTI’s government has provided improved health services and facilities to its citizens. The statistics show that Pakistan’s Infant Mortality Rate (IMR) has declined from 62.1 deaths per 1,000 live births in 2015 to 55.7 in 2019, while the Neonatal Mortality Rate declined from 45.2 deaths per 1,000 live births in 2015 to 41.2 in 2019. The percentage of birth attended by skilled health personnel is increased from 58 percent in 2015 to 68 percent in 2020. The Maternal Mortality Ratio fell from 276 maternal deaths per 100,000 births in 2006 to 189 in 2019. PTI’s government did great work in the health and nutrition sector. Javeria Abbasi tweeted;

Employment:
The government of Prime Minister Imran Khan was criticized for its promise to create 10 million jobs in his five-year tenure. It is a remarkable achievement for the PTI government that it has created 5.5 million jobs in its three-year tenure. We all know that when a pandemic hit the country, Prime Minister Imran Khan refused to completely shut down the country to save jobs of daily wagers. According to the Labour Force Survey released by the Pakistan Bureau of Statistics, the economy created 5.5 million jobs during the past three years, on an average of 1.84 million jobs a year, which is far higher than the yearly average of the creation of new jobs during the 2008-18 decade. Economy:
Pakistan faced many challenges between 2019 and 2021, as it was confronted by growing political polarization, an economic downturn, and the adverse impact of the Covid-19 pandemic. To reduce the impact of the pandemic and economic dislocation, the PTI’s government initiated the “Ehsaas” program, in which the provision of monthly cash payments to 15 million people made possible. The economy of any country is its backbone. The PTI establishment accelerated the economic sector of Pakistan. Javeria Abbasi tweets;

Increased Foreign remittances to 31 Billion US Dollars from 19 Billion US Dollars, new HD PTV Channel News.
Climate Change and Environmental Pollution:
Prime Minister Imran Khan and his government initiated policies for climate change. PTI government achieved remarkable performance in the climate and environment. Below is the list of projects the PTI government inaugurated for climate sustainability.

- First-Ever Forest Monitoring System launched by Pakistan.
- Olive Tree Plantations.

- Climate Change and Pakistan Arising as A Global Leader.
Javeria Abbasi tweets; Billion Trees Tsunami (2 billion already planted) when trees were wiped out and forest ministry was the most expensive ministry on sale and no one ever thought of climate change turning Pakistan into a desert with rising temperatures, funny thing it was (now Pakistan Presiding member of World Environment & Climate Change Body).
Education:
Prime Minister Imran Khan promised educational reforms to improve the Pakistani educational system and bridge the gap between public and private educational institutions. His government established the Single National Curriculum (SNC) system of uniform education in terms of the medium of instruction, curriculum, and assessment of all children. In March 2021, the first phase of the SNC was launched that covers the students of primary school. Classes 6 to 12 will be covered in the second and third phases that are projected to be rolled out by 2023. Politics:
Prime Minister Imran Khan had took strong measures to stabilize the country’s position all over the world. PTI’s government handled political matters strategically. Whether it is a matter of Afghanistan or a Kashmir issue, we witnessed a sound action taken by PTI’s leader Imran Khan. He provided a voice to the Pakistani population. Javaris Abbasi describes PTI performance in her tweets as; visited Russia & was honored with 3 hours meeting despite starting of war the same day, said“Absolutely Not”to big powers where everyone lied flat on only one telephone call, address to 40,000 Pakistanis Jalsa in USA to show the strength of Pakistan in America, ended US war in Afghanistan and throwing all anti Pakistan elements out of Afghanistan, ensured no Drone attack in his tenure against 400 drone attacks in PPP & PMLN, fought Islamophobia (hate speeches against Prophet & targeting Muslims for Hijab & beard) at UN and every forum & got it recognized by UN, showing his extreme Love for Prophet (PBUH)& Islam, labelled Modi as Hitler & BJP as Nazi party at UN Address to World Presidents where no one else even uttered a word when even Kalbhoshan was arrested, J-10 Fighter to PAF after 1983 no fighter inducted except JF-17, called out Trump on tweet after Trump blamed Pakistan for terrorism,compelled him to invite ImranKhan as state guest in USA, online Citizen portal giving common citizen to nab the corrupt system of Administration (Over 4.5 Million people linked with system & satisfied).
Agriculture:
The agricultural sector is crucial for the country’s economy. More than 70 percent of the population depends on this sector for their livelihood. Although agricultural growth has been affected due to climate change, shrinking fertile land, water scarcity, increased rate of the population, and shift in the labour force from rural to urban areas, it contributes 19.2 percent to the country’s GDP and employs around 38.5 percent of the labour force. Javeria Abbasi tweeted; bumper crops production, wheat, sugar, cotton, and rice were diminished.
