Usman Mushtaq is a young Norwegian Pakistani who is a medical doctor by training, he also holds a degree in Economics.
Dr. Usman is deeply involved in public health issues and the global environment. He helped to co-found EAT in 2013. EAT is an organization that explored the concept of how the way food is produced and consumed to better health and environmental outcomes.
