Entering the new decade 2020, we are warmly greeted by our very own Pakistan Super League (PSL). This year will mark the 5th edition of the PSL after its bombastic launch in 2016. The first match will be held on 20th February 2020 in Karachi between Quetta Gladiators and Islamabad United. Like in previous years, six teams will be fighting for trophy:
Islamabad United
Peshawar Zalmi
Multan Sultans
Karachi Kings
Quetta Gladiators
Lahore Qalandars
Lahore Qalandars unfortunately is the one to have performed the worst in all the four editions of PSL and it sure was very heart breaking for the owner Rana Fawad.
Rana Fawad is a businessman and Managing Director of Doha-based QALCO. His net worth is Rs. 400 Billion. Despite the poor performance of Lahore Qalandars in all these years, Rana Fawad has still decided to compete in this PSL.

You may be thinking why is he wasting money on a team that has not been performing well. We believe this is because of his love for his city Lahore and his love and passion for cricket. He is a true cricket fan with high hopes & spirit for his team. We hope that this year will be good one for his team.
