The
Flight of the Center
It was second quarter they were kicking off,
I was on a roll I already had three on-side kick returns,
As we lined up I called out my calls,
They were off they kicked the ball,
It was an on-side coming right at me
I got ready here it comes,
I sprang up in the air to catch the ball,
But before I knew what was happening
I was hurling through the air,
They had hit me mid-air,
Crack, went my gear as it hit the field,
I stood up and shook it off.
